Ground yourself in the truth that the body is the land, deepen your relationship with the earth and yourself.

My work isn’t about following trends—it’s about returning to what’s real and unearthing the wisdom that’s been buried beneath distraction.

Together, we explore the wisdom and resilience that emerge when we align with the earth’s rhythms. This is about more than personal growth; it’s about finding our place in the larger ecosystem of life.

I’m here to guide you as you deepen your relationship with the land and yourself, cultivating a life that’s rooted in authenticity and connection.

About Lori: A Journey of Connection

My connection to the earth has always been my guiding force. For as long as I can remember, I’ve sought refuge in the woods, knowing at a bone-deep level that I am nature itself. With a background in geography, environmental studies, and somatics, I’ve spent a lifetime living this truth. My work is rooted in the knowledge that our bodies and the land are inseparable.

At the heart of my work is a simple yet powerful philosophy. We feel the land by attuning to its rhythms and subtle shifts. We focus our efforts with intention, ensuring our action is mindful and aligned with the needs of the land and our community. We flow with the cycles of nature, adapting and evolving with the seasons to create resilience.

How I Support You

I support those who seek a deeper connection to the land, their inner fire, and their bodies. Whether you’re on a personal path or leading a community—like a teacher, coach, or change-maker—I offer guidance and mentorship to help you ground yourself in the wisdom of the earth. From this rooted place, we unlearn the old stories and build new, life-affirming ways of living and leading.

My work fosters clarity, purpose, and resilience, allowing you to lead with authenticity and create meaningful change in your life and the lives you touch.
